El Diviso was founded by Nestor and Adrian Lasso in 2020

Place
Nestled in the wild mountainous region of Huila, El Diviso is a coffee paradise, cradled by volcanic peaks, drifting mists and lush cloud forest.

In partnership with Cata Export, El Diviso has developed cutting-edge fermentation and processing methods that have taken Colombian coffee to new heights on the world stage.

Name
Cata Export

People
Founded by Pierre Fargetton and Catalina Gutiérrez in 2019.

Purpose
Cata Export is passionate about Colombian coffee, offering total traceability through a direct and equitable pathway between the producer and the roaster. Cata works in partnership with producers, helping them improve their processing methods, access the speciality coffee market and ensure ongoing success through the very best in sustainable farming.

Roast level
Always Light

Rest
This coffee benefits from at least 10 days of rest after roasting, and preferably more, to allow its flavours to deepen and improve.

Brew
Best enjoyed black as a juicy, big-flavoured filter or pour-over; this coffee has a high level of acidity so, if brewing as espresso, use at least a 1:3 ratio to create a balanced shot.
