Shipping Policy

1. Overview

At Bryte, we are committed to delivering your coffee to you as quickly and efficiently as possible, ensuring you have the fresh, delicious coffee you ordered.

All UK orders over £35 include free Royal Mail Tracked 48 shipping; and all orders of 500g or less are sent in letterbox-friendly packaging.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom, as well as to Ireland and most EU and non-EU countries. Unfortunately, we do not offer other international shipping at this time.

3. Shipping Methods, Timings and Costs

Local Delivery:

  • Locations: KY16 8PP
  • Cost: Free.
  • Timing: 1 to 5 working days from date of processing.

Standard Shipping:

  • Service: Royal Mail Tracked 48.
  • Cost: £3 for orders under £35; free for orders over £35.
  • Timing: 3 to 7 working days from date of posting.

Express Shipping:

  • Cost: £4 for orders under £35; £6 for orders over £35.
  • Service: Royal Mail Tracked 24.
  • Timing: 2 to 5 working days from date of posting.

International Shipping:

  • Rates: We charge a flat rate for international shipping
  • Weight: We do not ship international orders over a weight of 1.5kg
  • Costs: Ireland - £10; EU - £13; and non-EU - £17
  • Service: Royal Mail Standard International Tracked
  • Timing: 3 to 11 working days
  • Customs and Taxes: Bryte does not accept responsibility for customs clearance or any import tax, country-specific customs charges or local country tax; please check with your local customs before ordering as you may be liable for any import / customs duties that apply

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the cost (UK) or weight (international) of your order and the selected shipping method.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather, courier delays or public holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.

4. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

During peak periods (e.g. holidays or sales), processing may take up to 3 business days.

Bryte may not operate during some holiday periods; this will be advertised in advance on our website and social media, and may result in longer processing delays if orders are placed during this time.

5. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are shipped free of charge on Mondays, using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on Royal Mail's website.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at hello@brytecoffee.co.uk with your order number, and we will investigate with the courier.

If your order is lost in transit, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, at our discretion.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@brytecoffee.co.uk with your order number and details / photos of the issue. If applicable, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
