Returns and Refund Policy
At Bryte, we strive to deliver coffee that meets your expectations; however, if you're not completely satisfied, we are here to offer our full support.
1. Returns
Non-Perishable Goods (e.g. Tins and equipment): You may return unopened, undamaged products within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
Perishable Goods (e.g. Coffee): Due to its perishable nature, we cannot accept returns of coffee unless faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Faulty or Incorrect Items: If your order is defective, damaged or not as ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We'll arrange a full refund or replacement, including shipping costs.
2. Refunds
Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Refunds cover the cost of the product and - in some instances - original standard shipping fees (if applicable). Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect, in which case we will cover these.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
3. How to Return
- Contact us at hello@brytecoffee.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- Package the item securely, including the original invoice or order details.
- Ship to: Byways, Boarhills, St Andrews, KY16 8PP
- We recommend using a tracked service (e.g. DPD or Royal Mail) as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
4. Exclusions
The following are excluded from returns:
- Opened or partially used coffee products (unless faulty).
- Custom or bulk orders specifically roasted to your specifications.
