The farms are found in the Meseta de Popayán, which is a high altitude plateau, sheltered by the Andes, and famous for producing incredible coffee.

Purpose
The caffeine is extracted using a naturally derived compound from sugarcane; no chemicals are used, which enhances sweetness and delivers beautiful flavours.

Cofinet builds ethical and sustainable relationships with farmers, sharing knowledge and techniques to improve quality and create more sustainable incomes for producers. The Cofinet decaf programme supports farmers to develop high quality coffee and provides them with as much as 20% premiums above the market price.
